After a thorough incorporation, you take responsibility for the professional handling of waste and hazardous materials – with a focus on solvent preparation at our site They ensure compliance with all relevant legal and safety regulations, in particular when dealing with contaminated solvents and their preparation by means of modern distillation plants As a competent contact person, you will be able to assist both internal colleagues and external contact persons – such as authorities (e.g. BAFA, Zoll, Finanzdirektion) – in all technical questions concerning waste and hazardous goods management. In close cooperation with the company and branch management, you analyze and optimize existing processes and actively contribute your ideas to the further development of our processes They regularly create waste balances and environmental reports and thus contribute significantly to our sustainable environmental management. Optionally, you can also get involved in the area of occupational safety and support the team in implementing appropriate measures

You have a successfully completed study in the field of waste management – as an alternative, you have completed training as a specialist in recycling and waste management with additional further training in and in the chemical-technical field or as waste and hazardous goods officer You could already gain the first professional experience as a hazardous goods officer (possibly for one or more modes of transport) or in a comparable function in a production environment Structured, process-oriented work as well as a pronounced analytical mindset They appreciate the work in the team as well as independent action and convince by commitment, target orientation and a responsible way of working Good knowledge of English in word and writing as well as the willingness to continue developing, complete your profile
