Various tasks They develop data center projects and actively promote the identification of suitable areas and market partners, evaluate and examine project ideas, conduct contract negotiations, develop self-responsibility solutions to the building and make the investment decision in the relevant bodies They create market analyses and expand the data center solution portfolio, including business cases and pricing models They think entrepreneurial, can convince people in a sympathetic way of good concepts and go boldly to realize ideas in new ways They create offers and presentations, and also conduct expert discussions with landowners, mayors and authorities and potential customers They have urban planning skills and knowledge and coordinate the development of building control and approval procedures (e.g. project-related and qualified building plans, land use plan changes, etc.) with external planning offices in the area of data centers They coordinate internal project teams and external experts (e.g. planning offices and biologists)

Convincing profile They have completed university studies with the field of electrical engineering, civil engineering, business management or a comparable degree with relevant and long-term professional experience You have already gained professional experience in project development, construction planning or project management, ideally in the area of data centers or telecommunications They are rhetorically skillful, work structured and solution-oriented and are familiar with CAD and GIS systems from Negotiating skills and a secure, communicative appearance are among your strengths In addition, you are happy to work independently in a dynamic team In order to be able to communicate safely with internal and external partners, you have very good German skills, good English skills are advantageous
