Planning, control and monitoring of orders and production orders taking into account material availability and existing machine capacities Continuous adjustment of demand planning based on sales developments, delivery times and changing market requirements Continuous monitoring of available production capacities as well as identification and evaluation of alternative internal and external production and/or Procurement Disposition of raw, semi-finished and finished products including ensuring timely provision for manufacturing and customer orders and monitoring of delivery dates Creation and transfer of forecasts to purchase and supplier Active inventory management taking into account global impacts on supply chains with the aim of optimising inventory while ensuring delivery capability Coordination and clarification of internal and external customer orders and appointment confirmations to Intercompany customers clarification of delivery date, quantity, quality and invoice deviations in close cooperation with suppliers Proactive monitoring of supply bottlenecks and initiation and follow-up of appropriate countermeasures Continuous maintenance and optimization of SAP master data Cooperation in cross-departmental special projects and support in the implementation of optimization measures

Successfully completed commercial or commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification Ideally at least two years of professional experience in supply chain management, material planning or disposition Funded SAP knowledge, especially in the modules MM and PP, ideally complemented by knowledge in SD; safe handling of MS Office, experiences with SAP IBP are of advantage Embossed analytical and conceptual skills and a structured approach to complex tasks Proactive, independent and targeted working with high quality awareness Embossed customer- and market-oriented thinking and acting High level of initiative, sense of responsibility and commitment Communication strength, team capacity and a convincing and safe occurrence Good knowledge of English in word and writing (at least level A2/B1 desirable) Suitable for severely disabled persons, according to the task and request profile
