Tax Assistant - Application Consulting / Support (m/f/d)

You are responsible for customer support and the first contact point for inquiries about our accounting and private tax software solutions You provide telephone and written support for accountants:inside, via email and ticket system You support customers in the implementation and application of our software products You organize and carry out training and workshops to enable the best possible use of the software You document and analyze support requests and develop solutions for fast and efficient processing You work closely with the teams of product management and development to prioritise customer requirements and contribute to the continuous development of the software

You have a completed training as a tax specialist:r or a comparable qualification in tax or finance. You bring well-founded knowledge of German income tax legislation and financial accounting – experience in the financial statements is a welcome plus. Ideally, you have already worked in customer service or IT support, best in the context of accounting or tax software. With your technical understanding and your communicative, solution-oriented way, you will find the right answer for every customer request. You communicate in German in word and writing.
