You can do this with us:

• Implementation of technical tours and inspections in the supervised objects
• Ensuring trouble-free, surgical object operation
• Implementation of simple maintenance and maintenance work on technical installations
• notification and documentation of faults and close cooperation with the object management

We wish you:

• Complete technical training in crafts and building engineering (e.g. electric, SHK, mechanics)
• First experience as a house technician / house master / service technician in facility management
• Technical understanding of building and building engineering
• Self-employed, reliable and responsible work
• Service-oriented and friendly appearance to customers and users
• Class B/3 licence required
• Ready to participate in the call readiness service
