Assistant for the visitor support of our exhibition (m/f/d)

You enjoy dealing with people, you keep an overview in hard situations and you want to become part of our dedicated team? Then come to us!

Your tasks:

• You welcome and say goodbye to our guests
• You receive school classes and give them a first overview
• You enter our visitors proactively in our exhibition
• You explain the paths within the Klimahaus and help with questions
• If necessary, you ask with your fingertips for order and respectful behavior
• You help our wardrobe
• You support simple cleaning and care of our exhibits

Your training opportunities:

• Working in our FRoSTA cooking school
• Implementation of childbirth days

You're bringing:

• You have ideally first experience in the field of customer care or customer service
• You have a friendly and service-oriented appearance
• Responsibility and reliability are obvious to you
• You show team spirit and commitment
• You are ready to work on weekends and holidays in a coordinated schedule.
