Project Manager for Recruiting Young Talent (m/f/d)

You carry out various analyses in the field of young academics and development. You evaluate the data and develop the existing concept idea. Here, you will work out selected measures conceptually, which will be implemented by you later. You build a network of practical and educational partners and coordinate it. You develop appropriate, accompanying communication strategies and implement them. You are responsible for and evaluating the implementation of the individual measures. You regularly report to the management of the current project.

A completed study with a preferably economic or educational orientation (e.g. economic education, economic psychology, BWL focus on staff, psychology and adult education) First professional experiences in the (further) education area are of advantage. Very good problem-solving competence and analytical skills, a creative and conceptual way of thinking, educational-didactic and organizational skills. Ability to assemble different actors and build networks Very good knowledge of German in word and writing as well as a safe and professional appearance. Technology affinity, a safe handling of new media and digital communication forms as well as a structured and independent way of working. Flexibility, communication strength and team spirit are of course for you. A driving licence of class B and a separate car are of advantage.
