Context: You carry out individual trainings, workshops and potential analyses – with your own handwriting, clear structure and on the basis of the philosophy of Self. On site, online or hybrid. Effect on customers: You develop tailor-made training concepts, analyze needs, and ensure that guide forces become effective in their everyday lives. Developing with substance: you work with acquisition-diagnostic tools, design potential analyses for managers and advance development measures. You are actively involved in the development of our formats and are active: the brand ambassador: in TEAM GOLD.
