Analysis, modelling and optimization of operating processes based on KPIs and process data (e.g. with Celonis, Power BI) Development and further development of a digital, auto­mated E2E target process (customer travel) based on strategic guidelines and technological trends (including AI) Coordination of technical implementation: from conception to testing and rollout – in close coordination with ALO, departments and external partners: Continuous process control and initiation of improvement measures in the sense of an established CVP Developing strategic customer and sales partner control in close cooperation with operating units and sales Interface management for internal and external partners: internal (e.g. departments, sales, authorities, customers)

Completed training or studies in the field of economics, infor­mation, insurance or comparable quality Multiannual experience in process management and knowledge of the peculiarities of the various life distribution channels Experience with tools such as Celonis, Power BI or comparable analysis and modelling tools Experience in agile work and cooperation with ALO and experience in coordinating projects Knowledge of process analysis and modelling (e.g. BPMN, E2E Journey Mapping) Technical understanding of digital transformation, automation and use of AI Imprinted analytical skills and a high degree of self-initiative and earnings orientation Communication strength and joy of interdisciplinary cooperation No one is perfect and not all career paths are straight.
