Teamleiter IT System Engineering (m/f/d)

Technical and disciplinary leadership of our IT System Engineering team – including the development of cloud/Azure know-how in the team General responsibility for operation, availability and continuous optimization of our entire IT infrastructure – from the systems in our own data center to the cloud environments Active co-design of our strategic cloud transformation program: design, construction and further development of our Azure client as the basis for the new core platform Administration and strategic development of Microsoft Entra ID environment Coordination of infrastructure projects, prioritization of tasks, management of decision-making and coordination processes within IT and other areas of expertise Professional control of external service providers and system partners (including our cloud partner) – with the aim of gradually bringing know-how to your own team and deciding on the optimal operating form in the medium term Participation in the further development of the IT and cloud strategy as well as ensuring IT security and compliance

Successful completion of studies in computer science, business informatics, mathematics or the like – alternatively a comparable completed training First leadership experience or strong motivation to guide and develop a team professionally and disciplinaryly Know-how in the design, design and operation of Azure Landing Zone/Enterprise-Scale architecture and in the construction of secure, scalable cloud environments Practical experience in the administration and strategic development of Microsoft Entra ID Funded IT skills to create a fail-safe IT infrastructure including System architecture Analytical way of thinking, structured mode of operation and distinct documentation capability Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English
