• Careful care of patients with acute and chronic neurological diseases
• Supply of early rehabilitation patients in close cooperation with therapists, therapists and the medical service
• Implementation of nursing measures, e.g. swallowing training and support in dysphagia management, basal stimulation for the promotion of perception and communication, kinesthetic mobilisation of patients with difficulty, as well as digital, nursing documentation and collaboration in the further development of our care concepts
