CUSTOMS MEMBERS Hamburg | Full time As a team leader, you develop your team and make sure that our customs processes in the EMEA region are implemented efficiently, reliably and in compliance with the rules. Strengthen the performance and further development of your team, advance operational excellence and continuous improvements, and act as a key player in complex customs issues and key stakeholders.

Your tasks include: leadership and development of the team through coaching, mentoring, regular feedback and a culture of cooperation, self-responsibility and continuous further development Ensuring efficient and high-quality performance through clear goals, priorities, resource management and sustainable development of talents and competencies Control and further development of the operational area including performance monitoring, continuous improvements and support in complex customs-relevant issues Ensuring compliance and governance through standardized processes, knowledge sharing and compliance with legal and internal requirements Building and maintaining strong relationships with customs authorities and internal stakeholders to support business and compliance objectives

Inspiring leaders with experience in developing talent, building powerful teams and promoting a culture of responsibility, collaboration and continuous improvement Strong communication and influence skills with the ability to build trusting relationships and successfully integrate stakeholders at all levels Outstanding judgment and strong decision-making, conflict resolution and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with high integrity and emotional intelligence Expertise in customs and foreign trade law, in particular in Customs Compliance and the Union Customs Code (UZK) Structured and pragmatic working with a high degree of self-responsibility, adaptability and outcome orientation Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
