As Operations Manager Logistics (m/w/d), you are responsible for the smooth running of day-to-day business and develop efficient and creative solutions for every challenge together with your commercial and commercial team. Your start: 01.01.2026 At the beginning you are part of the implementation team and actively shape the project phase. How to introduce yourself

• Participation in new customer implementation

• Maintaining and strengthening the permanent CS support at the site and continuous analysis, evaluation and improvement of existing processes

• Monitoring compliance with agreed KPI, process and quality requirements

• Analysis of deviations and implementation of sustainable corrective and preventive measures, including shopfloor management

• Personnel responsibility for proper staff allocation and implementation of the tasks to be performed

• Active professional and disciplinary leadership, promotion and individual development of the undersigned industrial and commercial employees

• Support for the implementation and control of quality and productivity-enhancing measures or Customer and regulatory requirements

• Complete training in the field of logistics with appropriate training or cross-comers with multi-year experience

• Founded leadership experience in the commercial warehouse area; first touches with lean management desirable

• Knowledge of handling warehouse management systems as well as high process affinity and experience in shopfloor management

• Negotiating English skills desirable
