Senior Controller with focus on development projects (m/f/d)

Planning and control of budgets of cost centers and responsibility for the commercial aspects of project budget planning Support for project planning and close cooperation with the project leaders of the respective areas Monitoring the compliance of project budgets, identification of key figures, analysis of trends and deviations, and independent implementation of necessary control measures Active participation to improve the cost-effectiveness of development projects in close cooperation with quality management, production and purchasing Inquiries of established contract design with regard to risks and opportunities, promotion of continuous improvement and sustainable Lessons-Learned practice and participation in the design and implementation of cooperation agreements with extensive development services in the field of maritime communication technology

Successfully completed studies in the field of business management, engineering or comparable qualification Technical understanding of previous professional practice, ideally experience as a member of a development project team Extensive knowledge in project controlling as well as safe application of common methods (e.g. Earned Value Management, Milestone Trend Analysis, Network Plan Technology) Solid basic knowledge of contract and risk management Impressive enforcement and argumentation capability, proactive impetus and reliable pursuit of agreed goals
