Analysis, elimination and follow-up of electronic, electrical and software engineering system malfunctions Technical contact for customers in case of faults and technical inquiries (remote and if necessary on site) Technical interface between customers and internal service and specialist areas Coordination and disclosure of fault messages to competent departments Parameterization and programming of electronic components as part of customer orders Adaptation, preparation and, where appropriate, Start-up of software in retrofitting or retrofitting Establishment and support of VPN accesses for remote maintenance of customer facilities Support in technical coordination with spare parts distribution and internal specialist departments Participation in the readiness of the technical support hotline

Completed electrotechnical training with further training to the state-tested technician or comparable qualification Very good knowledge of automation and control technology Safe handling of TIA Portal, STEP 7 and WinCC / WinCC flexible knowledge in fieldbus systems (e.g. Profibus, ASi-Bus, Profinet) and in handling electronic assemblies, drive and control systems Good MS-Office knowledge as well as excellent knowledge of German and English (at least level B2) Technical understanding, solution-oriented operation, customer orientation and team skills Self-sponsored, responsible working and readiness to travel (approximately 10%)
