Manager (m|w|d) Operations Job ID 76343 | Location Kiel Your duties In your role, you will lead, coordinate and develop all areas of vehicle and component repair, painting and spare parts production as well as production planning and control at our Voith Turbo site in Kiel. You take full operational responsibility for the entire value chain from order control to component assembly, vehicle final assembly to delivery and performance control – supported by your shopfloor executives. The delivery dates required by customers, taking into account quality, costs and ECM-relevant security needs, are guaranteed. They analyze the workflows with the aim of continuously improving processes and functions. In coordination with the factory management, you formulate goals with regard to timeliness, quality, costs and railway safety requirements and maintain their achievement by means of your defined key figures. They are responsible for the cost center, personnel and budget planning for the entire Operations area. Your profile You have a successfully completed study; at best in industrial engineering, as an alternative to mechanical engineering or production/production technology. You can present a multi-year professional experience in manufacturing or assembly.
