Management of assets in asset database, ticket system, CMDB over the entire CV in the company (including special solutions such as damage, theft or loss) Recording of device asset database, ticket system, CMDB Processing of new orders> Assignment Implementation of planning / analysis / evaluation forecast for new assets Dealing with SVerweis and Pivot Tables Compilation of monthly reporting Coordination / organization of needs / concerns / clarification of orders / collections / delivery Communication with customers by e-mail / phone Processing, analysis and evaluation of existing data sets Optimization of internal processes Creation of instructions / processes Coordination and communication with service delivery management

You have completed technical or commercial training as an office businessman, IT system businessman or comparable You ideally bring a basic technical understanding with Very good MS Office user knowledge especially Excel Structured and problem-solving-oriented working methods paired with a high customer and service orientation Very good German and good English skills
