Reception & Office Management Staff (m/f/d)

You are hosting with heart and soul (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) and the first contact point for employees, service providers and guests. You perform organizational and administrative tasks such as coordination of appointments, processing of input/output mail, ordering of office material, purchases for events etc. You are responsible for the maintenance and order of our office space, meeting rooms and kitchens. You plan and coordinate the execution of rebuilding measures and relocations in our offices and promote craftsmen and suppliers during their operations. You are actively working on issues related to general safety and occupational safety. You are responsible for the preparation and refurbishment of our meeting rooms for workshops and ensure the desired equipment. You organize catering for training, workshops and meetings. In fleet management, you coordinate appointments with the workshop, bring the cars to check and control the travel books. You support the preparation and refurbishment of our site events (including lunches and evening events). You work with projects and take special tasks to expand and further develop the task.

You have a completed professional training, ideally in the event industry, hotel industry or in tourism, e.g. event salesman / event saleswoman or merchant / businesswoman for hotel management (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d). You are also welcome to us as a dedicated cross-income (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) with relevant professional experience and strong service orientation. You convince by your positive radiance and a sovereign, service-oriented appearance. You like to pack, keep an overview and work structured and independent. You bring a class B license. Very good German skills complete your profile.
