Head of IT Projects in Real Estate (m/w/div)

In a special position of trust, you take over the strategic management of the IT projects of our real estate department as head* in the staff office. Together with your team, you are responsible for the operational implementation, with the current focus on the control of the implementation and subsequent transfer of our future CAFM system to the department. Control and monitoring of the entire project including the subprojects (CAFM, CDE, PKMS) Leadership of the core project team of around 20 people, including the continuous adaptation of the team structure to upcoming challenges Support of department management in change management and communication strategy Further development of the project strategy with a view to future extensions (for example BIM, controlling modules) Communication of project strategy and selected measures for internal and external stakeholders

With your technical expertise and your profitable communication, you can find efficient solutions with the IT specialists and our users in the real estate department and advance the digitization projects. Together with your team, our colleagues will be able to take part in the process of change and bring: A successfully completed scientific higher education (master or comparable) Long-term professional experience as project manager*in of (IT) major projects as well as professional and disciplinary leadership experience Knowledge of the structures and processes in large installations or in public administration related to real estate topics is advantageous Technical understanding of IT architectures and interfaces
