As Commercial Manager (m/w/d) in der Schwarz Immobilien Service GmbH, you are part of the project team “IPAI Campus, Heilbronnn” and responsible for all commercial processes and topics and, together with the project manager (m/w/d), bears responsibility for the economic project results for our construction project You are responsible for setting up and managing the reporting in the areas of cost and appointments (desire / actual balance) You support the identification and enforcement of claims in construction projects with external partners and secure a contractual correspondence You are proactively introducing new and innovative solutions in the existing planning and construction process and building strategic partnerships for possible cooperation You will participate in the preparation and preparation of decisions for internal bodies
