In this role, you and your team are responsible for the entire HR administration for Germany and are part of the HR Service Center. Completed studies in the field of BWL, personnel management or comparable Multiannual professional experience in HR administration, ideally in the HR Service Center environment Knowledge of administrative HR processes in Germany Experience with digital HR systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors of advantage) First to multi-year leadership experience in an operating HR team Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented mode of operation High level of implementation and responsibility Clear communication and guidance at eye level Strength and Priority Strong quality and cost awareness
