Senior Interim Manager Marketing (m/w/d) TV and Media Planning

For our location in Heidelberg, Berlin, Leipzig or Munich, we are looking for you with a multi-day mobile office option per week in full-time (40 h) at the earliest possible time as Senior Interim Manager (m/w/d) TV and media planning as a parental time representation for a limited period of 1.5 years. Your mission

Strategic Media Planning & Counselling: deriving media strategies from corporate goals incl. Target group analysis, channel and budget recommendations with focus on TV, online motion picture, radio, OOH & Podcast. TV & Mediamix planning: Operational TV planning in-house, definition and representation of an efficient media mix, including budget control and reporting. Agency & Stakeholder Management: Controlling and evaluating external agencies, close coordination with C levels, shareholders and internal interfaces. Analysis & Optimization: Campaign monitoring and optimization, ex-post analyses, ROI evaluation, TV analytics, marketing mix modeling. Leadership & Market Observation: Professional and disciplinary leadership of the media team, negotiation with agencies, observation of market and technology trends. Communication & Methods Security: Presentations on C-Level, Treatable English, Excellent Analytical Skills and Structured Operation.

Multiannual experience in strategic media planning – with focus on TV and moving channels Safe handling of media KPIs, budget responsibility and analysis and planning tools (e.g. TV-Shortterm Analysis Tools) Experience in managing agencies and presentation at C level/shareholder level Management experience as well as strong communication and negotiation skills in German and English Analytical, structured thinking and the ability to understand complex relationships Sovereign handling of short-term requirements
