Legal advice of the departments of the berlinovo and the companies of the berlinovo Group with a focus on industrial property law and contract law as well as adjacent legal areas Creating work and service contracts and framework agreements to acquire management and consulting services in the context of public procurement law Implementation of legal insurance management Creating legal opinions incl. clarifying facts, carrying out legal research and formulating recommendations for action Disclaimer and enforcement of claims in court and extrajudicial, selection and tax of external legal advisors (m/w/d) Organizing and conducting internal training

successfully completed law studies (2nd State Exams) relevant professional experience, preferably in a company of the real estate industry or a law firm in industrial property law and contract law and other adjacent legal areas good understanding of legal and economic relations strong conceptual skills associated with the willingness to work across the team responsible, result-oriented and independent working methods, team skills and negotiation skills and enforcement skills
