Financial Controller - Focus on Accounting (m/f/d)

Creation of group-wide company planning in coordination with the parent company and in close cooperation with the management, accounting and department management Further development and optimization of reporting processes in the financial sector for management, process managers, sales partners and the parent company Monthly financial reporting including cover fee accounting, identification of relevant financial indicators, commentary and deviation analyses between reporting and commercial monthly financial statements Interface function between controlling and accounting Business Partner for Business Questions Monthly production and commenting of well-founded deviation analyses on sales, cost, sales and stock figures for internal and external addressees Creating management presentations, decision templates and deriving concrete recommendations Conception and implementation of dashboards and reporting tools Participation in cross-departmental financial and business projects

Successfully completed studies of business management, ideally focusing on accounting / controlling, or comparable training in accounting / controlling Multiannual professional experience in the financial sector, preferably in controlling with strong reference to financial reporting Experiences in auditing or consulting are advantageous Very good knowledge of accounting and consolidated accounting according to HGB, IFRS identifiers are desirable Practical experience in accounting as well as in the above-mentioned controlling topics High IT affinity and experience in dealing with current analysis and reporting tools (ideally IBM TM1 Planning Analytics) Own-sponsored, structured working and entrepreneurial thinking and action Embossed analytical capability, high numerical affinity and a secure sense of relationships Teamability, commitment, innovation joy and flexibility Binding and addressable communication Very good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
