The Malteser in Berlin is looking for a dedicated person for the position of the team leader (w/m/d) at the Malteser ambulance location Rankestraße. This key role offers the opportunity to strengthen our leadership team in the field of rescue services and take a responsible position!

Implementation of operations in the field of emergency rescue including the care of the entrusted patients

Ensuring regulatory requirements (e.g. carrier specifications)

Implementation and ensuring compliance with legal requirements (e.g. ArbZG, AVR, MPG, RD-G, AMG, Privacy)

implementing and ensuring compliance with internal requirements (organic books, HB RD, QM, Human resources

Management and classification of personnel (including participation in staff, absence & Operational planning, verification of working hours, training and training, training)
