Your Role Coordinate installation, maintenance and repair for the production infrastructure in close collaboration with internal teams and external service providers. Ensure that all infrastructure measures are planned and executed in a way that minimizes disruptions to ongoing manufacturing, and carefully coordinate the introduction of machines, materials and tools into the production areas. Monitor and ensure cleanliness in the cleanrooms to provide optimal manufacturing conditions and prompt corrective actions in case of deviations. Oversee compliance with applicable cleanroom standards and quality conduct requirements regular on‐site walkthroughs and document results in a traceable and structured way. Manage access to production areas, including authorization control, onboarding and instruction of internal and external personnel, and training on cleanroom behavior and safety rules. Support internal and external audits by preparing, comprising on‐site inspections and ensuring that defined actions are implemented. Work closely with specialist departments to analyze and optimize processes and contribute practical improvement proposals to enhance efficiency, quality and safety.

University degree in a natural science or engineering field, or a comparable academic qualification, combined with several years of relevant professional experience in an industrial environment. Practical knowledge of applicable cleanroom standards, in particular the relevant parts of DIN EN ISO 14644 and comparable norms, and proven ability to apply these in day‐to‐day operations. Familiarity with quality management systems, including documentation and follow‐up of actions in a regulated environment. A reliable, independent and pragmatic way of working, with the ability to maintain an overview even when handling multiple tasks in parallel. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders – from production and engineering to external service providers – using clear and audience‐appropriate communication. High level of drive and commitment, assertiveness and a strong focus on results. Business‐fluent German language skills (spoken and written) and good English skills at least at level B2. .
