Focus on microassembly and manufacturing technologies

Development and optimization of technologies for the production of miniaturized feed systems (e.g. super-elastic transport wires) Project management from the idea to the series, including planning, implementation and transfer to production Focus on microassembly, thermal methods and adhesive technologies, including testing, validation and documentation Optimization of devices, tools and manufacturing processes, analysis of existing processes and implementation of improvements Coordination and coordination with production, development, quality management and suppliers to ensure technical implementation Self-responsible recognition of potentials for process and product improvement

Complete technical studies, e.g. medical technology, mechanical engineering or comparable discipline At least 3 years of professional experience in process or technology development, ideally in medical technology or micro/finance technology Experience in the development, optimization and implementation of manufacturing processes Enthusiasm for high-tech products, microassembly, thermal methods and adhesive technologies Self-employed, solution-oriented working and strong team skills Good knowledge of German and English Experience with 3D CAD systems (ideally SolidWorks) of advantage
