Foundation fundraising and funding management with a focus on funding applications and funding foundations Research, evaluation and prioritization of suitable funding foundations and funding programmes Maintenance of existing funding relationships and the acquisition of new funding partners from foundations and companies Expansion of corporate fundraising and existing corporate cooperation Creation of material reports, evidence of use and representations of effects Representation of kids to life at promotional talks, network events and relevant dates Close cooperation with the Foundation Board LinkedIn, press work and communication with sponsors, companies and donors

Complete study or comparable qualification, ideally in the field of fundraising, non-profit management, communication or business management Multiannual experience in fundraising, funding management, foundation fundraising or non-profit You form securely and bring complex content in a comprehensible, concise and convincing way to the point You recognize funding opportunities, set priorities and prepare themes for decision-making You develop convincing funding applications, concepts and presentations You work independently, take responsibility and perform tasks reliably You communicate convincingly and build trusting relationships with sponsors, companies and supporters Structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented mode of operation
