(Senior) Compensation Specialist (m/f/diverse) - REF5121M

The (Senior) Compensation Specialist (m/w/divers) is responsible for the design, implementation and control of global compensation programs at group level. The role supports the strategic orientation of the Total Rewards area and ensures that all programs are competitive, compliant and coordinated with the corporate objectives. Main tasks and responsibilities: Conception, care and further development of Short‐Term-Incentive‐ (STI), Long‐Term-Incentive‐ (LTI) and Global Profit-Sharing Programs for Executives and Key Positions Ensuring global consistency, competitiveness and compliance of all compensation programs

Graduate in Business Administration, HR Management, Finance or a comparable area Comprehensive experience in the Compensation area, ideally at international level or in a group structure Funded expertise in the design of STI-, LTI- and Profit-Sharing programs and in global compensation strategies Experience with charge transparency requirements and CSR‐/ESG reporting Embossed analytical skills and practical experience in handling remuneration databases and benchmarking tools Knowledge of SuccessFactors are beneficial Project management competence and experience in managing complex, global initiatives knowledge of German and English; Other languages are a plus High detail accuracy and strongly pronounced analytical thinking Ability to communicate complex facts clearly and understandably Proactive, solution-oriented working methods as well as strong team skills Intercultural competence and experience in cooperation with international teams
