Payroll Specialist - Integration Management (m/f/d)

You are a real professional in payroll accounting and want to use your knowledge in this main area of work (about 60–70 %) safely and independently? If you additionally want to use your communication strength and proactive mode of operation in order to contribute to the HR integration of new subsidiaries, we will look for you!

Monthly wage and salary statement: You are responsible for the timely settlement of all settlements in our largest subsidiary, Tjara GmbH (currently about 140 employees).

Accounting processes: You take the pre- and post-processing, including error detection and master data maintenance.

Contact person: You are the first contact point for our employees in all questions about payroll accounting.

Legal: You keep up with legal changes and keep an eye on our processes running correctly.

Coordination: You correspond with health insurance companies and insurance companies and agree closely with financial accounting.

Exams & Projects: You accompany wage tax and social security checks and support HR projects.

Company integrations: You are an important support in the integration of the brokerage companies purchased by Tjara GmbH, from contract adjustments to the acquisition of bills

Recruiting: You support the recruitment and selection of new employees for Tjara GmbH and the associated subsidiaries.

A completed commercial training or a comparable degree in personnel or tax.

At least two years of professional experience in payroll accounting.

Extensive knowledge of labour, social security and wage tax law.

High reliability, care and discretion.

A plus: Experience with DATEV and Personio.
