Account Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibility for the entire reception area and smooth operation Correct implementation of all cash and billing formalities Implementation and monitoring of all processes at the front office settlement and departure Complaint handling Ensuring customer satisfaction, exemplary guest contact

It comes to us first and foremost to your personality you bring professional experience in the area of hotel with or to cross-comers Affinity for fashion, design very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing safe handling of the current MS Office programs You are delighted to welcome our hotel guests with a smile and make sure they feel comfortable from the very first moment You have organizational skills, are flexible and reliable Good communication and sales capability A well-kept exterior, good ways of handling, competent appearance and attention emphasize your host personality Ensuring the implementation of quality standards and rules and regulations
