Student trainee in the development of barrier papers (m/f/d)

Planning, implementation and documentation of laboratory tests for the development of barrier papers performing measurements (e.g. MVTR, Cobb, fatty barrier, smoothness, surface properties) Support for coating tests on laboratory and pilot plants Evaluation and preparation of test results Research on new raw materials, coatings, additives and technologies Preparation of presentations, overviews and technical documentation

Continuous study of paper, packaging, process engineering, chemistry, material sciences or a comparable study programme Interest in sustainable packaging and new material solutions Structured and independent operation Analytical thinking and joy in evaluating data Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Good knowledge of German and English Hands-on mentality and pleasure in practical laboratory work First experience in the laboratory or in technical tests Interest in statistics and experimental planning Fun in interdisciplinary cooperation with development, sales, packaging technology and external partners
