Ensure the collection, analysis and optimization of work management data in the manufacturing sector In doing so, you perform nominal/actual comparisons of the production sizes of welding assemblies and analyze deviations occurring Your area of responsibility includes the accounting of working hours on production orders that are appropriate for the purpose of the calculation. In addition, you take over the feedback and final feedback of production orders in the SAP system Faulty production orders are corrected and adjusted by you You analyse existing costing, labor and feedback processes and derive optimization potentials from them In close cooperation with the fields of manufacturing and industrial engineering, you standardize time building blocks The determination of schedule and preset times for calculation purposes by REFA methods is also part of your task On the basis of technical drawings, you carry out calculations and calculate the manufacturing effort for large welding assemblies and large components

You have successfully completed vocational training in the technical or commercial field Ideally, you have completed a further education in the field of REFA, MTM or work management You bring several years of professional experience in the preparation of work, production control or labour, preferably in a welding or metal processing company You have a well-founded knowledge of SAP and the current MS Office applications, especially Excel You have a safe handling of technical drawings and experience in the costing of production orders Analytical thinking, number affinity and a pronounced understanding of the process You work structured, carefully and independently and keep an overview of complex tasks You convince by communication strength, team capacity and a solution-oriented way of working A high readiness to continuously improve and optimize processes completes your profile
