Exercise of the building function as well as interface to the user and the building administration at regional level Head of overarching construction projects for complex properties as well as technical and economic project management Ensuring project objectives, compliance with costs, dates and qualities Perception of all relevant management and management functions associated with the management of the project Perception of the contractor's function and accompaniment in the planning of construction measures of the Bundesanstalt für Immobilienaufgaben (BImA) Coordination and interface management to the building management/owner and contractor representation in relation to the technical level of the building administration Project Responsibility at regional level/Main Facility Management Project management including risk management in the process on the part of BImA during the planning, implementation and handover of construction measures Planning, control and control of project work (organisational over the ES-Bau phase) Processing of sophisticated policy matters for the perception of client tasks and the development of quality standards Implementation of technical instructions Consultation of the main body in the field of structural questions (sic production of structural documentation, exploration, building maintenance, small construction measures) Creation of high-grade technical opinions and technical consulting for buildings and properties located in the management of BImA Assessment of alternative offers on conformity with the project objectives Compilation of expert opinions and opinions in particularly difficult cases, warranty checks Technical examination of applications for rental and user-owned construction measures Determination and verification of costs Project coordination for procedures under the public-private partnership
