Deputy Head of Maintenance for Buildings and Facilities (m/f/d)

Support for maintenance management in the technical and organisational management of the maintenance sector and takeover of representation in absence Participation in the planning and control of personnel, budget and resource measures in the maintenance sector Ensuring efficient, safe and regular production operations by supporting high plant availability Planning, coordination and monitoring of inspections, maintenance and maintenance of production facilities Analysis of disturbances and support in the introduction and implementation of sustainable measures to avoid disturbances Active cooperation in the elimination of complex mechanical and electrical disturbances on machine tools and production plants Support in the implementation of process and quality improvement projects in the area of responsibility Participation in the optimization of existing maintenance and production processes Support in ensuring compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory and internal requirements (especially occupational safety, environmental, health and data protection) Promoting quality awareness and support in the qualification and further development of employees Coordination and control of external service providers and suppliers in line with maintenance Participation in budget planning and support in compliance with the planned costs Ensuring complete and comprehensible documentation of all relevant measures and work

Complete technical training (e.g. mechatronic, electrician, industrial mechanic) with training as master or technician or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in maintenance of production facilities, ideally with first leadership experience or experience in the guidance of employees Knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance of machine tools and production plants Experience in process and quality optimization and ideally in project management Impressed communication and organisational ability and joy in working with employees and interfaces Ability to take responsibility and actively support management maintenance High security, quality and responsibility Structured, solution-oriented and independent operation Willingness to take on operational responsibility and make decisions in daily business
