As a commercial employee Aftersales Service (m/w/d), you play a central role in the professional and solution-oriented processing of customer and supplier complaints. With a high level of service orientation, the team makes an important contribution to the successful positioning of the brands of the bilstein group in the international spare parts market.

Own responsible handling of administrative complaint processing Date and deadline tracking for customers and suppliers Data and document maintenance in the SAP system Creation of credits and charges Processing of technical information on standardised reports Preparation of shipping processes for complaint parts Pre- and post-processing of customer and supplier visits

Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial businessman EU, wholesaler and foreign trader/wife or office businessman or comparable qualification Very good German knowledge of word and writing as well as reliable English knowledge Good knowledge in MS Excel and Word, experience in handling SAP is beneficial Embossed teamwork, structured working, flexibility and high service orientation
