You can look forward to this: Control of MAN Truck & Bus Germany External organisation with regard to compliance with legal requirements (import, export, export control, tax issues and implementation of foreign trade guidelines) Ensuring compliance with international, European and national customs rules and continuous analysis of legal changes and initiation of necessary process adjustments Cooperation and coordination of operations relevant to the export of all departments Creation of export declarations and foreign trade documents Further development of strategic and operational customs and external economic processes Creation and continuous updating of work, organization, process and process instructions related to external trade regulations (sales, customer service management, topUsed, personnel) Conception and participation in the design and implementation of DV projects in the field of external trade, incl. Implementation of legal provisions Participation in cross-disciplinary projects Assessment, decision and, where appropriate, approval (scientific & systemic) of sensitive business operations with regard to national and international embargoes, lists of goods, penalty lists and final use Communication with the management level in case of deviations or violations Technical coordination and consulting of teammates Self-employed organisation, implementation and documentation of workshops and training measures for all employees throughout Germany

We look forward to this: Completed economic, technical or logistic studies or training with appropriate qualifications and professional experience in foreign trade Multiannual experience in customs and export control Business and legal knowledge Knowledge of international customs and export regulations Good knowledge of MS Office applications, ATLAS and an ERP system (ideally SAP) Very good ability to capture complex facts quickly and comprehensively in order to assess them with regard to the definition of export-relevant operational processes Embossed communication and conflictability due to the numerous and different interfaces Teamability in flexible work design readiness for occasional travel
