• Direct painter construction sites independently and reliably.
• Coordinate your team and subcontractors and monitor processes.

• Fix errors and find solutions for challenges at the construction site.
• As a contact person for customers and colleagues to ensure a smooth project development. ### Your profile
• Completed training in painter and painter craft, ideally with master title.
• First experience at the construction site, like already as a foreman. Also suitable for professional beginners with ambition are welcome!
• Responsibility, leadership and strong team orientation.
• Structured operation and a sharp look for detail.
