We are looking for an IT Cluster Manager Securities Services for the capital market platform. LBBW operates the retail, wholesale and storage business itself and has decided to modernise the applications developed in the mainframe world, including the use of modern technologies (AI). There are exciting tasks with a competent and motivated team in a varied environment.

Professional leadership in the Cluster Securities Services on the bank-based platform KM. Responsibility for the strategic development of the application landscape and our core applications in the field of WP services Responsibility for budget and resource management within the cluster, combined with the role as a stimulator and motivator for changes and as a technical enabler for new technologies. Coordination of the complexity between supply and customer systems Control and coordination of all run and change activities within the cluster, including projects, change projects (e.g. life-cycle measures, modernization projects) and run processes. Focus on stability and compliance with regulatory requirements in ongoing operation Coordination and leadership of interdisciplinary teams and motivation of employees in the field of competence. Strong skills in conflict resolution and secure communication at management level (multi-level stakeholder management). Support as a Sparring Partner within the management level and ensuring the automation of configuration adjustments as well as the control of the daily operation Central contact for the disciplinary executives of the respective pools of competencies and for the lead roles on the platform, including the Platform Manager and the Lead IT Business Consultant. Close cooperation with manufacturers and ensuring the know-how in the team Active stakeholder management within and outside IT as well as regular quality assurance of requirements and achieved results within the cluster

Study of computer science/economic informatics or comparable training Extensive and proven experience in the professional management of employees and successful completion of the suitability diagnosis process according to LBBW standards. Experience in the professional management of teams with 20-30 employees Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, combined with design will and flexibility. Very good knowledge of IT application landscapes and IT architectures related to Back Office High operational readiness and the ability to use design spaces courageously under dynamic conditions.
