SAP SD Business Process Consultant E-Invoicing (m/f/d)

Special responsibility for e-invoicing processes in the SAP SD / Order‐to‐Cash environment as part of the S/4HANA transformation Modelling, analysis and further development of end-to-end business processes (act/to-be) Creation and maintenance of professional process models, process descriptions and flow charts as well as data and field mappings in the SAP SD and SAP DRC environment Analysis, definition and coordination of technical requirements based on modelled processes in close cooperation with IT and specialist areas Technical monitoring of tests, FIT-to-standard sampling and fault analyses in productive operation and rollouts Control and prioritization of change requests in the E‐Invoicing environment incl. Assessment of technical impact on O2C processes Support for operational operations in case of faults in billing and archiving (3rd level support) Knowledge transfer and professional support of key users as well as participation in training and enablement measures

Successfully completed university studies in the field of (economic) informatics, business administration or comparable discipline or commercial training with relevant professional experience Practical experience in the presentation and optimization of business processes combined with project experience Experience in modeling and documentation of business processes with a common modeling software (e.g. ARIS, BPMN-based tools) Comprehensive user knowledge in SAP SD in the S/4HANA environment as well as general affinity for IT topics Insufficient e-invoicing (e.g. XRechnung und ZUGFeRD) knowledge, as well as knowledge in SAP DRC Knowledge of adjacent SAP modules (e.g. SAP FI, SAP CCM, SAP Service) desirable Experience in cooperation with cross-functional teams and architectural bodies as well as experience in training and workshops Self-employed and solution-oriented working methods as well as convincing and sovereign appearance combined with pronounced quality, result and customer orientation Very good communication, cooperation, moderation and presentation skills in German and English
