• Ensuring a smooth and timely workshop process
• Responsibility for the complete and professional execution of workshop orders
• Organisation and coordination of resources
• decrease and control of the KFZ repairs carried out
• Development, optimization and implementation of the workshop processes
• Contact person for staff: personnel deployment planning, occupational safety, qualification and performance assessment
• Implementation of employee instructions and monthly work safety rounds
• Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and environmental regulations and applicable work and operating instructions as well as corporate regulations

Your profile for the job Team Coordinator Workshop (m/w/d):

• experience as, for example, a motor vehicle service mechanic, a motor vehicle mechanic, Motor vehicle mechatronics - passenger car technology or comparable experience
• Multiannual experience in car repair / repair
• Ability to create cost estimates
• Very good knowledge of manufacturer guidelines
• Self-employed, structured and quality-conscious
• Very good written and oral communication skills
• Embossed teamability and enforcement
• readiness for shiftwork
