Your contribution to success:

• Monitoring and operation of heating, sanitary and technical installations. replacement of lighting equipment and lifting of minor disturbances
• Regular care of green areas, cleaning of outer surfaces, winter service.
• Instruction, care and control of craftsmen
• Control of safety and fire protection devices (flight paths, emergency lighting, fire extinguishers)

What you bring:

• Complete craft or technical vocational training.
• Embossed craftsmanship and technical understanding.
• High level of reliability, physical loadability, flexibility (especially in winter service).
• Valid driving permit (class B) for service trips
• Stapler and lifting work platform license desirable
