Foundation consultancy: You are the first contact point for founders and support business plans, financing issues and idea evaluation. Follow-up consultation “NextGen”: You accompany transfers and acquisitions of companies and promote self-employment through succession. Start-up projects: You are working on creative formats for the start-up community – from start-up travel to the innovative workshop. Storytelling: Together with us, you will feel stories about the failure of founders and companies and put them in our fucking formats. Event management: You plan, organize and realize start-up and follow-up events – from idea to moderation. Marketing & Visibility: On social media, in our studio and in networks, You ensure the reach and presence of our offers.

Training/study: completed studies, preferably in the field of business, financial management or comparable. Experience: First practical experience in a startup, beneficial in the founder or consulting environment – your enthusiasm for entrepreneurship is crucial. Networker: You actively go to people, establish contacts and build sustainable relationships. Hands-on-Mentality: Whether preparing a trade fair appearance, distributing giveaways or opening and dismantling events – you are actively engaging. Flexible & mobile: You are on the move and feel comfortable both in front of the audience and behind the scenes.
