My tasks and responsibilities at a glance: planning, optimizing and ensuring the operational operation of a platform for energy-economic processes, change, incident and problem management according to ITIL in a complex technological and professional environment, Responsibility for the further development of the platform and primary technical contactin for the connection of internal and external partners, planning, coordination and execution of deployments and configurations, installation of updates and patches, support in implementing legal and regulatory requirements; Close cross-disciplinary cooperation, in particular on the IT infrastructure and IT security teams within the Elia Group. 50Hertz operates critical infrastructure and the corresponding applications must be highly available. Therefore, I am prepared to participate in the IT readiness (remote) to ensure the comprehensive operational operation. This includes about 4 weeks a year, in which I can reach ad-hoc problems and coordinate solutions.

completed studies or training in the field of computer science, business informatics or another comparable IT-related discipline, Experience in service operation (DevOps, CI/CD) of complex web platforms (microservices, application servers, databases, middleware, message cues) ideally in distributed environments, knowledge of ITIL-based service management (especially in change and incident management), experience in IT provider control, Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing (C1).
