With us, you control and develop all the topics relating to training, dual study and internships for our IT – centrally anchored in the HR Young People Development team Turntable HR & IT: As a central contact person for all IT growth topics, you bring the technical world of IT together with our HR structures and ensure that many individual activities become a coherent overall picture Structure & scaling: Degrading double structures, using existing HR know-how, building uniform and scalable training models – right here you set up and creating clarity for IT training, dual study and internships Stakeholder Management: With those responsible in IT you are in close exchange, build trusting relationships and help Silos to break up to establish a common HR and learning culture Future-Skills Drivers: You ensure that our IT juniors with their profiles and skills on IT topics such as cloud, data & analytics, automation, AI etc. are set up in a future-proof manner Market and talent focus: How does the IT work market change? What do young talents expect today? You will have a look at these questions and use your insights to develop new dual courses, training professions and innovative formats.

HR/training background: Their basis is a study with a focus on business/personal skills or a comparable training with many years of experience in the HR or Training environment Young-People experience: You bring multiannual practice in the field of Young People Development/training and know how to collect and develop young people IT affinity: Ideally, you have already worked closely with IT areas in companies and can easily arrange requirements, structures and procedures Hands-on-Mentality & Structure: Make lover than just talking about it?
