Instructor Electrical Engineering & Mechatronics (m/f/d)

You are masters or technicians from electrical engineering or mechatronics and would like to pass on your practical knowledge to the next generation? With us you remain close to technology and industry - and at the same time take over a task with a sustainable effect. You develop young people to secure, independent professionals and actively train the technical training in the German chemical triangle. Your professional centre is Leuna. From here, you and our team support the training at several locations in the East business area. In doing so, you connect well-founded workshop practice with modern learning guidance and reliable organization. Your tasks - imparting technology and developing people You impart practical knowledge and skills in electrical engineering and mechatronics - in theory and workshop. You plan and design learning units, accompany individual learning progress and prepare them specifically for the final exams Part 1 and Part 2. In addition to specialist knowledge, You also promote independent work, problem-solving competence, sense of responsibility and team capacity. You accompany operational and out-of-company training projects and ensure effective transfer to practice. You coordinate training at the Leuna, Schkopau, Böhlen and Bitterfeld-Wolfen sites and secure common quality standards. You develop teaching and learning concepts and combine proven workshop practice with digital learning formats. You work closely with HR, secondary trainers, business management, cooperation companies, vocational schools and IHKs. You contribute to the selection of future trainees and support career orientation, school cooperation, internships and trade fair appearances.

Your profile - professionally versed and close to young people Complete training as mechatronics, electronics engineer for operating technology, electronics engineer for automation technology or a comparable technical qualification Continuing training to master or state-tested technicians Training examination according to AEVO Multiannual experience in electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation, maintenance or assembly of mechatronic systems; Knowledge of pneumatics or hydraulics are welcome Pleasure to give young people understandable technology, to give orientation and to promote them individually Ideally experience as trainers, training officers, testers, team leaders or accompanying junior staff Safe handling of digital tools and openness for modern teaching methods flowing knowledge of German in word and writing; English knowledge is advantageous Self-employed, structured working and willingness to planable regional operations in the mentioned field of application No full-time experience as an instructor yet? It is crucial that you can communicate your technical practice in a comprehensible way, work with young people and bring the qualification to the master or technician as well as the AEVO.
