Our customer is the German headquarters of an expanding globally active pharmaceutical company based in Frankfurt am Main. In order to further strengthen the Human Resources team, we are looking for you as a Junior HR Business Partner (m/w/d)* (full-time, 40% Home Office option) for unlimited direct switching.

Advising the management, the line manager and employees of a firm support group in all labour law and personal questions Self-release of assignments in close coordination with the departments Participation in the further development of employee binding instruments and a holistic talent management Close cooperation and ongoing constructive exchange with the works council Reporting and further development of HR key figures Participation in international HR projects Close cooperation with the European HR Shared Service Center

Successfully completed university studies, ideally with a subject-relevant study focus First professional experience in a comparable role or study-accompanying experience from work as a student/practist Fun on team and project work in an international working environment High self-motivation, analytical thinking and good communication skills Secure communication in German and English in word and writing Good MS Office knowledge and ideally first experience in using a HR Information System
