The Product Security Governance (PSG) team at Daimler Truck is the central competence center for product and vehicle safety governance. It is responsible for the implementation and continuous improvement of the Product Security Management System (PSMS), including compliance with international regulations such as UNECE R155 and ISO/SAE 21434, as well as preparation for audits and certifications. In addition, the team advises top management and regulatory bodies, develops safety standards and supports all divisions in implementing cybersecurity measures across the entire vehicle lifecycle. Become part of our global team: You make the difference – YOUMAKE US WAS DICH ERWARTET Management and continuous development of the PSMS as well as ensuring governance structures Coordination and maintenance of the PSMS tool landscape (including ServiceNow and UNECE toolkits) as well as interfaces to other systems (e.g. GRM, ISMS) Governance and control of CEBID in the context of the PSMS processes Planning, coordination and implementation of international audits in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders Processing of information and change requests for PSMS for internal and external stakeholders Updating the PSMS Scope document, the PSMS procedure instruction and associated TAR documents Creation of PSMS static reports including KPIs for internal and external stakeholders Ensuring compliance and execution of checks to comply with the PSMS Development and provision of awareness and training measures Continuous improvement of the PSMS tool landscape and coordination of improvement initiatives Coordination of certification readiness according to PSMS procedure instruction in cooperation with homologation experts Monitoring the implementation of defined cybersecurity concepts Assessment of business impacts of vehicle cybersecurity risks and communication to the GRM Authority communication and contact person for homologation if reports of technical services are required Ensuring document integrity, confidentiality and retention for all governance, audit and regulatory/ regulatory documents

DESHALB PASST DU ZU UNS Completed studies in computer science, engineering, electrical information technology, information security or a comparable subject At least 8–10 years of cybersecurity professional experience, of which at least 5 years of vehicle cybersecurity and governance Detectable experience in global compliance projects, audit management and regulatory frameworks Experience in coordinating complex stakeholder networks and certified manufacturers Experience in international audit planning and coordination In-depth understanding of the Daimler PSMS (Product Security Management System) and its governance processes Comprehensive knowledge of global regulators: UNECE R155 AIS 189 (India) GB/T 44495 (China) Cyber Resilience Act (CRA)

Knowledge of ISO/SAE 21434 and other relevant standards Experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) and the PSMS tool landscape (including UNECE toolkits) Understanding the structure of certified manufacturers and relevant stakeholders for individual tasks Knowledge of risk management, threat analysis and safety assessment Strategic communication skills Embossed organizational skills and process understanding Ability to continuously improve and adapt security processes Language knowledge: English/German/Spanish, Mandarin advantageous You're not bringing everything?
