Area Consultant - Seeds/Field Service - Northern Upper Bavaria (m/f/d)

In this responsibly role, you will develop your customer base independently and actively support our sales strategy – for innovative and powerful seed solutions from KWS. Become a reliable partner of agriculture in your region and contribute with your expertise to the successful future of agriculture. The body is to be filled in full time and indefinitely within the framework of a follow-up plan. You take over the professionally sound agricultural advice and care of all KWS cultures such as sugar beet, corn, rapeseeds, cereals and intermediate fruit mixtures. You maintain and build customer relationships and improve the advice and sales on site You are the first contact person for newest KWS locations and digital offers You work intensively with farmers, land trade and opinion leaders to optimize the distribution of KWS products You organize and supervise demonstrations and conduct lectures and field days in your region

Passion for agriculture and plant construction Training or completed studies in the field of agricultural sciences or similar qualifications Extensive plant engineering expertise as well as knowledge of agricultural business First experience in sales desirable (ideally in the agricultural environment) Self-conscious appearance coupled with strong communication and negotiation skills Self-employed, structured and targeted High level of flexibility, driving licence class B and fluent German skills are required
