Project Coordinator Merchandise (m/f/d)

Coordination: Creating project plans and work packages in cooperation with the operational areas of Category and Assortment Management as well as the coordination of timelines and important project milestones

Progress Tracking: Continuous, cross-border progress tracking across all workstreams (sortiment development, concept development, investment goods, market-racer allocation, implementation of commercial goods control, communication)

Interface control: Overarching control and coordination of interfaces and active stakeholder management

Project meetings: regular project meetings (including kick-off and pick-ups/sponsors meetings), including the preparation and follow-up of meetings and protocol management

Question-Coordination: Coordination of Stakeholder Questions if there is no clear responsibility

Methodology & Escalation: Methodological support and challenging in decision-making as well as escalation to management if required

Studies: A completed degree in Business Administration, Economics or comparable degree courses

Industry experience: Retail experience, preferably in the merchandising or shopping environment

Project Management: Multiannual experience in project work and project management, including budget management and management of multiple projects at the same time

Soft Skills: Excellent communicative skills, resilience, a pronounced problem solving capability, structured time management and a hand-on mentality
